3. Payment & Shipping Timeline

Please allow at least 2 business days before your expected arrival date for us to finalize all required documents and health checks.
4. Flight Booking

Birds are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, or Fridays.

Once the flight is booked, we’ll send you the flight details so you can track your bird’s journey through the shipping agent’s website.
5. Shipping Timeline

We ship birds as soon as they are ready to travel (age requirements vary depending on destination country regulations).

If necessary, we will hold your bird longer at no extra cost to ensure everything is in order.
6. Registered Birds

We sell only registered birds.

Each bird comes with proper documentation, including pedigree or registration papers.

For international customers, we can provide an export pedigree ($75) with the name and address you’d like on the papers.
7. Veterinary Health Check

Each bird is thoroughly examined by a licensed veterinarian before departure.

To minimize stress, we ensure your bird is kept in a safe and comfortable environment up until shipping.

An official veterinarian at the airport will perform an additional health clearance before the bird boards the flight.

All health documentation will accompany your bird in the travel crate.
8. Airport Pickup

Please arrive at the airport at the scheduled pickup time.

Birds are typically available for pickup 2 hours after the flight’s arrival.

A valid ID (passport or driver’s license) is required to verify the receiver’s identity.

Home delivery can be arranged (additional cost of $30-50 USD).
9. Food & Water Recommendations

Provide your bird with bottled water initially and gradually transition to tap water if needed.

Continue feeding them the same brand and type of food they’re accustomed to for a smoother adjustment.

A starter nutritional package is included with each bird and should last about 2 weeks.
10. Follow-Up Call
Within 24 hours of your bird’s arrival, we’ll follow up to ensure they’ve arrived safely and to address any questions you might have.
11. Stay Connected
We’ll keep in touch via newsletters, offering valuable information and care tips for your bird.
12. Documentation
The original documents, including registration, vaccination records, and guarantee, will be mailed to you within 2-4 weeks after your bird’s arrival.

Step-by-Step Guide to Getting Your Bird
1. Choose Your Bird
Visit our website’s “Available Birds” page to browse and select your new companion. Use the contact form to let us know which bird you’re interested in.
2. Inquiry Response
Once we receive your inquiry, an agent will contact you within 24 hours to reserve the bird for up to 7 days or provide an invoice for immediate purchase.
3. Confirming Your Order
After payment is received, we’ll confirm your order, complete all necessary paperwork, and perform a final veterinary check. We’ll then schedule the flight for a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, based on your preference.
4. Flight Booking & Details
Once the flight is booked, we’ll send you all the details, including the flight number, departure time, and arrival time, so you can prepare for your bird’s arrival.
5. Bird Arrival & Follow-Up
Within 24 hours of your bird’s arrival, we’ll follow up to ensure everything went smoothly and answer any questions.
6. Visit Your Vet
Schedule a veterinarian appointment for your bird within 48 hours of arrival to ensure their continued health and well-being.
